These guys are amazing!! They go above and beyond when it comes to the customers and the service they provide. I have a 2yr old and my AC went out when it was 90 degrees outside! They came to my rescue and called me immediately. We were able to FaceTime so the tech could walk me through items to inspect. While on the phone he discovered the problem was a lizard crawled on my circuit board and shorted out the unit! Because of their exceptional customer service the guy was able to diagnose the problem before even showing up. This way he could arrive with the parts needed and fix the unit the fastest way possible! If you need ANYTHING done to your AC and you are in the Tampa area do yourself a favor and call this guy.

I got a second opinion from Air Medics and the difference in not only customer service and the quality of technician but also the price was significantly better with Air Medics than the previous company. I would recommend to both family and friends. The technician Fabian did an outstanding job on replacing my AC unit and was very personable and friendly. Thank you guys would recommend 100%.

Great experience with Air Medics. Our AC went out and I called them, they immediately came out for an emergency call. I live with my 87 year old grandmother and told them I needed help fast. With no hesitation my AC was fixed. Fabian was the tech he was so personable and gave us a great price. I highly recommend for fast reliable service.

Having Air Medics come to my home for a second opinion was the best thing I could've done for my a/c. The Tech was so knowledgeable and for him to take the time and explain everything to my husband and I are the reasons why it has a 5 star on that alone. The customer service on the phone was also amazing. Everyone is so nice. The technicians for the install were so sweet and they did an AMAZING job! I surely recommend AIR medics. Tech did a great job. He was here for regular maintenance check. He took video & pictures and text them to me so I can show my husband what he recommends having replaced. He gave an estimated cost of what is recommended. He was very professional and very helpful! He took his time to explain everything and made sure I understood what he was taking about.

The guy was excellent and polite. He fixed my loose thermostat; it was falling out of the wall and I didn’t even ask him to do it. He redrilled new holes and voila, all done. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give him a 12! Great company; I highly recommend them for your AC needs!
